Business Analyst

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst in Lawrence, Massachusetts. The job function is in the industry of Business Analysis and the workplace is a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role is a permanent position that requires a keen understanding of business processes and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and forecast performance based on optimization levers: sales performance, staffing levels, future enrollment projections, and financial compliance to budget.
• Build and execute strategies for profitable operations by analyzing the performance of the school portfolio, assessing opportunities to improve, and innovating for scalable results.
• Create and maintain operational data and financial reports that analyze performance and inspire action across team members.
• Serve as an operations champion, moving between school-level leadership and company-level management to advance business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Management to develop and implement a cohesive operational strategy.
• Integrate new schools and innovative products into the portfolio through people- and process-oriented collaboration.
• Collaborate with the Human Resource operations team to uphold and refine the organization’s approach to compliance, compensation, and regulations.
• Convert Excel data into visual dashboards and reports to support forecasting and management decisions.
• Use software tools like Atlassian Jira, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Gap Analysis, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Claim Administration to perform your duties effectively.
• Undertake other duties as required to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
• Demonstrable expertise in Atlassian Jira, CRM, and Database
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems
• Proficiency in conducting Gap Analysis and AB Testing
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies
• Understand and interpret Business Process Functions
• Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Problem-solving aptitude and analytical mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
