Our client, a dynamic company in Greater Boston, is expanding its marketing team and is on the lookout for talented Graphic Designers at various experience levels. If you have a flair for creating visually stunning web graphics, product images, and digital marketing collateral, and are passionate about bringing brand stories to life, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality web graphics for social media, product images, websites, and various digital marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design elements and platforms.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering exceptional creative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing materials.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Ability to adapt design styles to suit various brand aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience Levels:

• Jr. Graphic Designer (Less than 3 years): Ideal for entry-level designers passionate about digital graphics, eager to learn, and ready to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
• Graphic Designer (3-6 years): Suited for mid-level designers with a solid foundation in digital design, capable of taking on more complex projects and collaborating closely with marketing teams.
• Senior Graphic Designer (6+ years): Tailored for seasoned professionals with extensive experience in creating impactful digital marketing visuals, leading design initiatives, and mentoring junior team members.

Contract Type: Long-term Contract
