Our client is looking for a skilled Marketing Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall marketing strategy of the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
  • Coordinate with sales and other teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Prepare and manage a marketing budget
  • Oversee brand management and ensure adherence with laws and company's values
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly


Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Director or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Familiarity with CRM and Content Management Systems
  • Experience with brand building and positioning
  • Excellent understanding of market research data, data analysis, and statistics
  • Demonstrable experience implementing and optimizing PPC campaigns
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred.
