CPA - Certified Public Accountant

Position Overview: Based in the Sioux Falls Area we are actively looking to bring on an a Certified Public Accountant, someone who is a finance professional with specialized training and certification in accounting and finance. We offer detailed accounting reporting, including cash flow and working capital analysis, as well as tax pro forma reports. We ensure compliance with state, local, and federal tax laws. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and time management abilities to effectively manage financial tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial data for clients/employer
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Assist with tax preparation and filing
• Provide financial advice and guidance to clients/employer
• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Develop and implement financial strategies
• Communicate financial information to relevant parties
• Stay updated on financial laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other finance professionals for various tasks/projects
  
  

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in financial statements preparation and analysis
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
