Base pay range
Grey Matters Defense Solutions is seeking a talented and dedicated Contract Recruiter, in Centennial, Colorado! First 3-6months part-time with opportunity to go fulltime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, Interview and schedule interviews
- Respond to applicants who applied through the applicant tracking system
- Be an ambassador of Grey Matters Defense Solutions as the first point of contact
- Attend Job Fair
- 2-4 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting
- Actively search for online, passive candidates
- Respond to candidates who applied to our job posting utilizing JazzHR (application tracking system)
- Excellent relationship building experience
- must communicate with senior level managers regarding candidates
- craft and send detailed emails to managers highlighting the candidates knowledge, skills and abilities
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Presentation skills
- must be able to pull reports from ATS
- maintain an excel spreadsheet
- present to managers at a weekly recruiting / hr meeting
- Previous experience hiring federal contractors
- TS/SCI
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR Management, related field or experience

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $35.00
Grey Matters Defense Solutions offer a comprehensive benefits package for fulltime employees working 30+ hours a week, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability.
