Grey Matters Defense Solutions is seeking a talented and dedicated Contract Recruiter, in Centennial, Colorado! First 3-6months part-time with opportunity to go fulltime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, Interview and schedule interviews
• Respond to applicants who applied through the applicant tracking system
• Be an ambassador of Grey Matters Defense Solutions as the first point of contact
• Attend Job Fair
  
  

About you:

• 2-4 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting
• Actively search for online, passive candidates
• Respond to candidates who applied to our job posting utilizing JazzHR (application tracking system)
• Excellent relationship building experience
• must communicate with senior level managers regarding candidates
• craft and send detailed emails to managers highlighting the candidates knowledge, skills and abilities
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Presentation skills
• must be able to pull reports from ATS
• maintain an excel spreadsheet
• present to managers at a weekly recruiting / hr meeting

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience hiring federal contractors
• TS/SCI
  
  

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR Management, related field or experience

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $35.00
