Our client is seeking to hire a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team! They are an environmental engineering firm specializing in planning, designing, and constructing water and wastewater facilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
10 years of experience in water and wastewater facilities
Licensed Professional Engineer
Expert in the design of low and medium-voltage power distribution systems, industrial controls, lighting calculations and systems, point-to-point conduit and wire systems, receptacle designs, calculations, phase balancing, conduit, cable tray, wire way, and duct bank point-to-point routing
Proficient in the design of telephone/communications systems
Comprehensive knowledge of NEC and NFPA codes
Extensive knowledge of symmetrical components, fault current calculations, machine theory, hazardous/classified area design, fire detection, and protection system design
Ability to read and understand P&IDs, control strategies, and how to develop control schematics
Proficient in SKM or ETAP
