Automotive Service Director - Reconditioning Specialist

Grote Automotive, located in Rockford, IL, is seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Service Director. This position entails overseeing the operations of our Warranty and Reconditioning Department across our five locations in Indiana and Illinois. As the direct report of the Service Manager, Parts Manager, and the entire service operation, the Service Director plays a crucial role in our organization. While our focus is on car reconditioning and post-sale responsibilities, we do not offer customer-paid service work. With the recent addition of a new store, our current monthly volume stands at 150 cars, but we anticipate this number to rise to 250.
