We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

We are looking for a Workforce Planner Analyst or a Business and Planning Operations Manager for an individual contributor role.

Meet Our Team:

The Office of the CTO manages and delivers PayPal's end-to-end Technology roadmap through an operating model and strategy that leverages standardization, process diligence, and operational excellence. The Business Operations team drives predictable, streamlined operations, efficiencies and elevate employee engagement with sustainable consistency across the organization. Establish and mature performance tracking, operating rhythms, and financial stewardship, fostering seamless alignment and innovation across the CTO.

Your Way to Impact:

This IC role is critical to deliver on top priorities and be able to scale with the growing demand of our stakeholders for end-to-end solutioning around the development of repeatable, efficient and frictionless operational rhythms to deliver on the Enterprise Roadmaps and to champion our customers with exceptional value-added service to meet their needs.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Help drive accountability and process improvement with the Technology Hiring Ramp, WFP Principles and Hiring practices
• Help to drive and manage the technology budget management process
• Help to coordinate all operating cadences for OCTO
• Coordinate with the partners external to Technology such as HR, Finance, and Talent Management
• Help to coordinate executive presentations
• Help to coordinate Technology OKR and KPI reporting
• Help to coordinate employee engagement initiatives
• Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships throughout Technology and Business teams to drive results
  
  
  

What You Need to Bring:

• A successful candidate should bring at least 5 years of experience within an operational, planning or project management role
• Experience with technology hiring programs, workforce planning or general hiring practices is preferred
• A strong financial background is required (budgeting, forecasting, planning)
• Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity and confident in putting robust processes in place
• Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams at the same time is required
• Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions 
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a related field is preferred but not required
