- Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) Full-time
- Location: Austin, TX
- Hours: 9am-6pm (flexible)
- Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, potential bonuses and incentives, medical and dental benefits (no qualifying period), 401k

- This is a player-coach opportunity. The Business Development Manager will organize and lead the department, as well as execute on the strategy in the day to day.
- Prospecting and qualifying leads through calls, emails, and social media.
- Lead and coach BDRs to identify ideal customer profiles, messaging, and meet goals.
- Develop strategies and research tools to find new opportunities and expand markets.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Account Executives and Sales Training to develop and implement strategies.
- Set appointments and demos for Account Executives to further assess a prospect's business and potential for a partnership with Q1Media.
- Become well versed in our industry-leading products and services across video, mobile, display, search & social, and streaming advertising.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive success through teamwork.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5-7 years of Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales Management
- Proven ability to organize and manage a department
- Ability to develop business development strategy from scratch
- Solid sales and leadership skills
- Superior communications skills, highly organized, driven with previous exposure to CRM systems and LinkedIn.
- Understanding of B2B marketing tactics
