A demonstratable history of surpassing sales targets
Successful track record of building and managing high performing sales teams
Strong relationships within Financial Markets
Extremely process-driven in sales team leadership, executive presence, negotiating and communication
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Global Sales function, meaning hunting and closing new business across financial markets, whilst also having direct ownership of developing global sales reporting and performance metrics, as well as sales training programs.
