As an Associate Strategist - Media Buyer at Structured you would be on the pathway of growth to become a Growth Strategist. In this role, your goal is to deliver results to your clients and support your Growth Strategist. You will use data insights and strategic direction from the Strategist as your north star to make informed decisions and will be responsible for the implementation of campaign plans. You will build, manage, analyze and optimize your campaigns to ensure delivery and performance. You are obsessed with winning, hitting your key business goals, and campaign objectives.

You will be front and center with client communication, project management,, seeking approvals and pushing revisions, building campaigns, QAing and deploying ads. Managing client expectations and ensuring that clients always feel in the know, up to date and confident in our work and our results.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and support paid media campaigns (paid search, shopping & paid social), including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management
  • Campaign set-up: keyword development, audience development, ad copy creation & testing, creative testing, account set-up, bid and budget management.
  • Responsible for all basic tactical execution and campaign audits
  • Effectively prioritizes efforts to focus on delivering on the most important things tracks and reports on campaign results, data analysis and participate in weekly client calls
  • Track and monitor reporting of campaign results daily/weekly/quarterly/yearly basis, including Quarterly Business Reviews & End of Year analysis
  • Ability to effectively communicate to various client personality profiles and roles from marketing manager to C-level points of contact.
  • Following the Growth Strategists’ road map; build, launch, and optimize campaigns across major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
  • Pull and deliver various reports, on a recurring and ad hoc basis, from in-platform, Excel, and BI dashboards, and generate performance insights / recommendations
  • Support Growth Strategists and Creative Strategists in the timely execution of all tasks related to ad operations, including maintaining planning templates, trafficking creative, troubleshooting delivery and performance
  • Analyze campaign performance on a daily basis, compiling/checking reports and spotting new opportunities for optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with media buying across social platforms in an advertising agency
  • 2+ years experience running paid digital advertising campaigns on Meta required
  • Multi/Omni channel experience preferred (Tik Tok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Experience with running 6-7 figure budgets and possess a sustained track record of growth on scale for accounts
  • Familiar with conversation tracking and tech stack integration
  • Familiar with 3rd party tracking attribution (like Power BI, Tableau, Northbeam, TripleWhale)
  • Extremely organized and adept at managing multiple priorities with a disciplined approach. Skilled in project management and proficient in communicating openly with various stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, agency setting.

This is a full-time, fully remote role. Salary range $65,000-$75,000
