Hello, I'm Carson Eilers, CEO of Original Ventures. I am personally writing this job description. Why? Because you are going to have to work with me and all my imperfections day in and day out in a position where the work is never done and you have to fall in love with the chaos. It takes a special person to even think they can conquer this role. It's not for the faint at heart. Before I tell you about this role and the responsibilities I'd like you to read through the company description.

You will be in every meeting with myself and team leaders, assist us in executing our project management, strategic planning, and various other projects that will be spontaneous and sometimes critical.
