Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supply chain professionals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in executing successful supply chain transformation projects.
Expertise: Proficient in planning, forecasting, and managing inventory.
Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex business challenges effectively.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Leadership Qualities: Proven leadership abilities to inspire and motivate team members.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with advanced planning systems specifically for HDD supply chains.
Project management certification (PMP).
Background in industrial engineering.
