Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Montegallo, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our visual identity across various platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing, communications, and investment teams to create impactful designs that resonate with our target audience. Your work will help shape how our firm is perceived by clients, partners, and the broader financial community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, reports, social media graphics, and website content.
• Create visually appealing and professional layouts for investment reports, whitepapers, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement digital campaigns, including email marketing, web banners, and social media content.
• Ensure all designs align with the firm’s brand guidelines and contribute to a consistent visual identity.
• Produce infographics and data visualizations that simplify complex financial concepts for clients and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the investment team to design materials that support client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the financial services or corporate sector.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience with web design, including knowledge of HTML/CSS, is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly those related to finance or corporate settings.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to create both digital and print materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, compelling visuals.
