We are currently looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City. The Accounting Manager is responsible for the day-to-day processing of financial transactions, reconciliation of accounts, and the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure financial records are accurate and adhere to relevant standards and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 3 years proven experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt to evolving accounting standards and technologies
  
  

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day financial transactions, including recording journal entries and reconciling accounts.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations for better financial management.
