- Product/Service: IT recruitment and staffing solutions, IT staff augmentation
- Target Market: Startups, SMBs (50-200 employees)
- Ideal Customer Profile: CTO, VP of Engineering, HRD, Talent Acquisition Manager
Our client seeks an experienced and results-driven SMB Account Executive to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in the company, with potential for fast career advancement and generous financial reward.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing) in the SMB segment
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
- Develop a strong pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship-building
- Educate prospects on how they can benefit from our client's IT staffing solutions
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to provide solutions tailored to customers' needs
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- At least 3 years of full sales cycle experience in the IT Staffing/IT Recruitment industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent understanding of the IT roles, programming languages and recruitment processes
- Ideally, a strong network of hiring managers and decision-makers responsible for IT recruiting budget
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective collaboration within the company
- Being energetic, positive, and confident
- Competitive salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
- OTE (on-target earnings): $160,000 - $240,000 per year (uncapped commission, paid monthly)

- Operate as an independent contributor with no territory or vertical limitations and achievable sales targets

- Level 1 - 45-min virtual interview with the COO (General fit)
- Level 2 - 15-min Home Assignment + 45-min virtual interview with the Founder/CEO (Skills assessment)
- Level 3 - 15-min virtual meeting with the Strategic Advisor (Final evaluation)
- Reference and Background checks: conducted after successful interviews
- Job offer: provided to the selected candidate
