Job Overview:

The System Engineer will be in charge of handling all engineering aspects of Research and Development (R&D) projects for the organization. This position will be engaged in developing and implementing projects with fortune 100 customers in the rapidly growing e-comm industry.

The System Engineer will coordinate efforts among mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and testing teams. The System Engineer will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology and will play an integral part in implementing strategic plans with large enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Managing engineering projects and other open items.
  • Directly interface with software, mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering teams to ensure open items are addressed and requirements are understood.
  • Track technical issues and implement solutions
  • Drive new products and features through the engineering development process
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines and are completed within budget
  • Effectively communicate project status and suggest changes to use resources more efficiently

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years of previous experience in similar technical position preferred
  • Problem solver with excellent leadership skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

What We Offer

The salary range for this role is $95k to $140k however,Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
