Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Customer Experience, to collaborate within the corporate Marketing & Customer Experience team across company-wide marketing and customer experience initiatives.


The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of omni-channel marketing in the development and execution of dynamic campaign communications and marketing strategies, strengthening our customer and consumer connection, propelling and elevating our products and experiences with the intention of driving growth.


This position plays an important role in supporting internal and external relationships as it pertains to company-wide, cross-functional teams as well as business partners and vendors. Proficiency in organizing and developing clear, impactful presentations is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Support in managing robust timelines and workstreams while keeping cross functional stakeholders involved
  • Leverage cultural insights, trends, consumer, market, competitive, sales insights and marketing expertise to successfully execute brand marketing plans.
  • Co-lead cross-functional work with departmental Project Manager to drive against briefs and manage positive working relationships with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Product Development, Design, Merchandising, etc.
  • Tasks may include, but are not limited to: brief writing, marketing deck creation, cross functional creative reviews, change and calendar management, invoice management, campaign recaps, post-launch analysis, and vendor/agency management in collaboration with key departmental stakeholders
  • Work with internal team members to build and implement strategic marketing and communications strategies and deliverables that enhance the organization's relations with retail partners, licensors and the end-consumer
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support revenue goals by creating appropriate materials and presentations
  • Monitor trends to keep informed of developments in relevant fields and share this information to help internal team achieve their goals
  • Lead multiple projects by managing time effectively, prioritizing work assignments, being flexible to changing requests, and ensuring deadlines are being met


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience across marketing and communications, combination of brand-side and agency-side
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams successfully, with a proven track record of launching partnerships and campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, while demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Understanding of strategic communication planning and implementation, and campaign creation
  • Passion for culture, the consumer, brand strategy and storytelling
  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and to work collaboratively, and individually, in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality of work
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task across multiple projects in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and computer skills
  • Ability to be on-site, in Los Angeles on a hybrid work schedule, in-office a minimum 3 full days a week or as-needed
