We are on the lookout for a strategic and visionary Vice President of Business Operations to join our leadership team and play a critical role in driving our business operations to the next level.

What You’ll Do

As the Vice President of Business Operations at Productiv, you will lead the development and execution of our business operations strategy, ensuring that our infrastructure supports comprehensive business analytics and decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives that optimize our operations and contribute to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Data Tracking: Oversee the design and implementation of a robust business analytics infrastructure that captures key performance metrics across all departments, ensuring full implementation within 6 months.
  • The Ultimate Dashboard: Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive, real-time reports and dashboards to the executive team, establishing standardized reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence.
  • Decision Framework Implementation: Implement and manage a decision-making framework across the organization, ensuring 90% of strategic decisions adhere to this framework within the first year, leading to faster and more efficient decision-making.
  • Business Systems Optimization: Identify and streamline overlapping software systems, reducing the number of tools by 15% and associated costs by 10% by the end of FY25.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with department heads across the organization to ensure alignment on data integration, process improvements, and strategic goals.
  • Vendor Management: Lead the management of vendor relationships to optimize costs, enhance service quality, and negotiate favorable contracts that align with Productiv’s operational goals.
  • Strategic Vision and Execution: Develop and execute strategies that align business operations with the company’s long-term objectives, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Skills And Experience

  • Proven Experience: Extensive experience in business operations leadership, with a strong background in building and maintaining data infrastructure that supports business analytics.
  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives that improve business performance.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights for the executive team.
  • Process Improvement: Track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management: Expertise in managing vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and evaluating performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Technological Proficiency: Proficient in the use of technology tools and platforms that support business operations, data analysis, and software integration.
  • Decision-Making Framework Implementation: Experience in implementing decision-making frameworks, ensuring organizational adherence and improving decision quality and speed.

$190,000 - $225,000 a year

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
