What you will do:
The Sr Human Resources (HR) Manager will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the HR department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with leaders to develop and design HR strategies that are aligned with business outcomes
- Develops and executes on recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies
- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs anddevelops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management
- Develops and implementsperformance managementand talent rewards strategies, including compensation and benefits
- Develops and implements scalable HR policies, processes,and systems to support growth of the company
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning employment practices, employee health and safety, and labor relations
- Provides guidance, coaching, and support to employees on company policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or other related field
- At least five years of HR management and/or recruiting experience
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to have "crucial conversations."
