A leading law firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team of attorneys in the Art Law Department and provide high-level client service to art investors, dealers, galleries, artists, collectors, and fiduciaries. This position will involve handling sensitive matters with the utmost confidentiality, responding quickly to requests and inquiries, and serving as a gatekeeper to the attorneys. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for maintaining very active calendars, coordinating and prioritizing meetings and appointments, and resolving any scheduling conflicts. Additionally, this person will maintain files and legal documents, complete data and time entry, and manage client contact databases, in addition to schedule local and global travel arrangements as needed.
Required Skills
The firm is seeking a dedicated, professional, and outgoing Executive Assistant with 6+ years of experience in legal, art, or professional services settings. This person must be incredibly organized, adaptable, and service-oriented, with the ability to apply exceptional communication and time management skills. The Executive Assistant must also be able to prioritize competing assignments and have flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the role.
Annual Salary (US$): 90,000-105,000 /annual
