Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Job Overview: The Senior HR Business Partner is a strategic role responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive organizational success. This role collaborates with senior leadership and business units to address HR needs, enhance employee performance, and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that align with and support those goals.
  • Lead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
  • Address complex employee relations issues, provide guidance on HR policies, and ensure a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans, to drive high performance and career growth.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address organizational development needs, including training and development programs, change management, and team building.
  • Implement and manage HR programs and policies that support business objectives and ensure legal compliance.
  • Utilize HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make informed recommendations for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and employees to effectively address HR issues and drive organizational change.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational performance.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decisions and improvements.
