As our Payroll Benefits Manager, you will help lead the HR charge in payroll and benefits by managing the end-to-end payroll and benefit administration process for our corporate group.

- Ensure payroll is processed accurately by required deadlines
- Manage vendor relationships with external partners; maintain strong working relationships to ensure delivery of benefit programs
- Data entry and maintenance of all employee information in the HRIS system
- Process monthly benefit invoices
- Provide year-end payroll and W2 oversight
- Help execute annual benefit open enrollment
- Communicate with leadership to provide requested reports and support services
- Ensure controls, compliance, and SOPs are in place and updated as needed
- Ensure departmental integrity
