Responsibilities
Our client is seeking an Employee Relations and Compliance Investigation Manager to ensure adherence to corporate ethical standards and address non-compliance issues. In this role, you will apply advanced principles and innovative solutions to complex problems, while managing and mentoring a team of investigators. You will provide policy guidance and interpretation, support the business partner community, and contribute to the development of policies related to disciplinary actions, performance, compliance, and other key matters.
- Ensure compliance with corporate ethical standards and address any non-compliance issues
- Lead and manage detailed, factual investigations involving internal policies and Code of Conduct from start to finish
- Mentor and manage a team of investigators, including performance management
- Analyze data to identify trends and gaps, and develop actions to address these issues
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate to resolve escalated concerns across all segments and aligned business locations
- Provide policy guidance and interpretation to internal teams and business partners
- Support the development of new principles and concepts to enhance corporate compliance and ethical practices
- A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in EEO, or 12+ years of experience in EEO in lieu of a degree is required
- 3+ years of experience managing investigators and mentoring junior staff, including performance management
- Experience in leading detailed investigations related to internal policies and Code of Conduct
- Experience in designing and delivering on priorities, leveraging data to identify trends and gaps, and developing actions to address them
- Experience in building relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating to resolve escalated concerns
- Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills
- Possession of excellent organizational and fact-gathering skills
- Experience with Convercent is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in EEO, or 12+ years of experience in EEO in lieu of a degree is required
