Could you be the full-time onsite Quality Manager in Camden, NJ, US we’re looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Quality Assurance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll spearhead the development and implementation of top-tier quality control programs, influencing a culture of excellence throughout our organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Management, customers, and suppliers), ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Assurance that corrective/preventive actions are established, tracked, trended, and root causes eliminated,
  • Managing internal audit and corrective/preventive action programs to maintain ISO and regulatory compliance,
  • Conducting periodic site audits of suppliers providing key components or services,
  • Ensuring conformance with customer requirements and compliance with Company and federal regulations,
  • Close collaboration with Management, customers, suppliers, and Company representatives in quality initiatives,
  • Management of all quality activities to ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and contractual requirements including ISO 9001:2000,
  • Development and implementation of comprehensive Quality Control strategies,
  • Establishment and promotion of a quality culture throughout the organization,
  • Employing problem-solving techniques and establishing best practices for root cause analysis and elimination

  • Degree in Engineering or related field,
  • Experience or understanding of Quality Assurance or related field,
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 standards,
  • Familiarity with rail industry practices and standards,
  • Proven ability to lead and implement quality control programs,
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis,
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with team members, suppliers, and customers
