Director, Revenue Cycle Services, Infusion

WellSky has a new and exciting opportunity for Director of Revenue Cycle Services, Infusion! This individual would be responsible for the management, growth and successful execution of Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) for Home Infusion/Specialty Pharmacy/DME clients with trained billers and collectors. The role would include client relations, account management/satisfaction, timely completion of revenue cycle work per client agreements, revenue cycle audits, and implementation of new clients.

In addition, the position is responsible for arranging educational content for clients, implementing technology, coordinating departmental priorities, monitoring production, and meeting targets for the RCS team. A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for the productivity and success of revenue cycle operations
• Managing day to day benchmark of operations for revenue cycle staff including organization of training, education and ongoing monitoring of productivity and quality
• Providing leadership and interacting to ensure the highest level of success and client satisfaction within WellSky Advisory & Outsourced Services (AOS) revenue cycle division
• Serving as an AOS liaison with all clients which includes: producing monthly client reports, reviewing data during meetings, monitoring denied claims, reviewing trends, and updating clients with future regulatory changes
• Working with the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Services to ensure bookings, revenue and EBITDA contribution to AOS financials are achieved
• Working with the Training Specialist to develop and implement training programs
• Coordinating revenue cycle services to ensure delivery in accordance with operational support, policies, and procedures to ensure appropriate revenue cycle practices, regulatory and contractual compliance
• Generating new ideas and new approaches that will help advance all services and programs of AOS
• Ensuring and promoting confidentiality of client and AOS business and client proprietary, privileged information
• Assisting with specific product requirements for current and future products
  
  

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years related work experience
• 4-5 years people management work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Traveling up to 25%
  
  

Do you stand above the rest?

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within Home Infusion Billing and/or Operations
• Master’s degree in a related field
