Job Description

As the Digital Project Manager, you will assist the Account Team with the development and ongoing management of all programs that support the Media Service Line vertical.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects, daily program activities required to conduct business to meet assigned client’s needs and positively affect revenue, gross margin and position in the marketplace. This is a remote position reporting to Senior Director, Creative and Product Operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • You will help develop our client programs, working with account, marketing, media, program management, creative and analytics teams
  • You will establish yourself as a ‘go-to’ person for our clients and vendor partners on daily program management
  • You will communicate with teams on our client goals to ensure project implementation solves for and align with team goals
  • You will manage daily and weekly performance summaries to identify program refinement needs and to provide performance updates to external clients
  • You will help develop client presentations including data mining, data presentations (charts, graphs, etc.), competitor research, etc.
  • You will lead internal and external status meetings; capture, store and provide meeting summaries with outlined action items and required communications regarding next steps
  • You will research, and report on competitive activity in the marketplace and recommend program adjustments accordingly
  • You will be the point of escalation internally for all issues, bug reports, and change orders
  • You will review all work before delivering to our client; coordinate internal reviews and implementation related QA efforts
  • You will keep track of lessons learned and share with our teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of experience (online customer acquisition experience a plus)
  • At least (3) years of online agency marketing experience and experience delivering projects within an interactive advertising or digital marketing agency environment
  • Experience in online consumer marketplace and marketing concepts and channels (e.g. site testing, active channels – SEM, SEO)
  • Collaboration with interdepartmental teams (media, creative, project management)
  • Comfortable working with external software development facilities and resources
  • Client engagement/management experience required
  • Data and performance analysis experience
  • Have understanding of basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections
  • Proficient in all aspects of project management process groups (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring / controlling, closing)

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
