Facility Coordinator - Warehouse

Job Description

We are seeking a Facility Coordinator - Warehouse to join our Deer Park team working in the warehouse with department personnel to ensure that correct and complete information is captured for all activities. This is a highly administrative role

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all time
• Working knowledge of WIN central and plant receiving, drum receiving and staging, and profile access and printing
• Data entry and scanning into WIN for drum and bulk receiving and tracking operations
• Printing drum labels
• Enter environmental monitoring data into spreadsheets for graphing and reporting purposes
• Perform security function when required by logging in and out all entrants to facility at Security Checkpoint
• Assist with bulk receiving by performing weighmaster duties when needed
• Filing, typing, and general clerical duties;
• Staging loads and printing manifests
• Will perform all mailings, USPS and/ FED EX
  
  

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience
• MS Office Suite
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Computer literate
