Responsibilities
Lead the setup and integration of SAP CPI and EDI systems to streamline operations.
Address customer inquiries with speed and precision, ensuring top-notch satisfaction.
Oversee customer accounts and take necessary actions to enhance their experience.
Apply your supply chain management expertise to monitor and manage inventory effectively.
Handle customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining detailed records.
Utilize Google Cloud Platform for comprehensive data management and analysis.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Leverage your knowledge of SAP Manufacturing to improve operational processes.
Regularly review and update processes to stay compliant with industry standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in a Supply Chain Analyst role or similar position.
Proficiency in SAP Ariba, SAP Manufacturing, SAP, and experience with CPI and Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems.
Solid understanding of Supply Inventory and Supply Chain Management principles.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Awareness of relevant industry regulations and standards is a plus.
