Compliance Tech Analyst
6-month Contract
100% Remote
We are seeking an individual to work with a Fortune 50 Broadcast Media & Entertainment leader located in New York, New York. As the Compliance Tech Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating options and potential limitations of different methods of delivering UAR’s given organizational constraints. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work and support across a range of stakeholder requests and information.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other collaboration tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in planning and documentation.
- Ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Experience with data entry.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
- Previous experience administering UAR’s preferred
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate options and potential limitations of different methods of delivering UARs given organizational constraints.
- Assists with the delivery and completion of user access reviews for key global streaming technology systems.
- Coordinate with departments and teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Schedules meetings, maintains meeting minutes, and tracks follow ups.
- Supporting and tracking all UARs (AWS, GCP, Azure, UI, GitHub, Conviva, etc.)
- Coordinate the gathering of access reports
- Identify appropriate owners, as needed
- Transform data if needed for review by appropriate owners
- Load data into tools/tables as necessary
- Kick off notifications of UARs and track responses
- Track rejections and removals
- Validate that the modifications were completed
- Provide periodic status of all UAR steps
- Manage queue of stakeholder requests (for information, support) sent to global streaming technology compliance
- Answer routine questions from stakeholders to ensure we are promptly and efficiently responding to issues and escalate issues that may require leadership attention
- Provide input to FAQs based upon stakeholder feedback or questions
- Other tasks as assigned
