Communications Lead, Intealth
We are looking to hire a full-time Communications Lead, Intealth within our Communications department at Intealth. The Communications Lead, Intealth manages the development and maintenance of content for Intealth programs, initiatives, and other activities.

SALARY for Communications Lead, Intealth (Starting at $75,000)
Any offered salary is determined based on competency and skills, prior relevant experience, required degrees/certifications, internal equity within the organization and market competition.
About You
About the Role: As the Communications Lead for Intealth, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our mission by collaborating with the Communications team and Intealth staff at all levels. You'll work closely with senior and executive leadership, including Intealth's Chief Government Relations Officer, to develop, publish, and disseminate Intealth communications across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include writing, editing, and contributing to the development of content for websites, e-newsletters, social media, and more. You will gain a thorough understanding of Intealth's policies, procedures, strategic initiatives, and objectives, and act as the primary point-of-contact and project manager for Intealth communications, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

We provide services that enhance and support the education and training of health care professionals, verify their qualifications, and inform health workforce policies globally. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Intealth and Communications leadership and team members to execute communication strategies and support Intealth's mission and programs.
- Generate engaging written content for websites, e-newsletters, social media, and educational materials; contribute to the development of data exhibits, graphics, and video content.
- Edit content for consistency and quality; ensure content is relevant to the audience.
- Act as the primary point-of-contact and project manager for Intealth communications.
- Minimum seven years of communications experience in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment, including writing, editing, and delivery of complex, high-stakes content.
- Five years of experience preparing content for websites, collaborating with editors, proofreaders, and developers.
- Proven experience in establishing production schedules, tracking the status of projects, and ensuring that projects meet deadlines.
- Professional proofreading experience.
- Desirable: nonprofit or educational experience, writing for diverse international audiences, updating WordPress content.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
- Intealth Expertise: Become the expert on Intealth Communications. Align work with Intealth mission, vision, objectives, and priorities.
- Communication Skills and Judgment: Write and edit complex content for accuracy and consistency; evaluate for potential issues.
- Project Management Skills: Plan, organize, and implement Intealth communications projects to ensure timely and effective completion.
- Customer Service Focus: Build collaborative relationships internally and externally; provide exceptional customer service.
