StatusNow is an emerging growth startup looking for a software developer to bring our vision to fruition. We are creating an enterprise platform that enables dynamic workforce management, based on employees’ real-time availability.
Role
To date, we have built the front-end mobile application (available on the AppStore and Google Marketplace). We have developed wireframe designs and high-level workflows from which the platform will be built.
We are currently seeking a developer to build the back-end administrative platform, that interacts with the mobile application, from which employers can manage their workforce. This build will also include minor adaptations to the mobile app to match the platform functionality.
Opportunity
This role can be tailored to the developer’s expectations and aspirations and provides excellent experience in bringing a game-changing technology to the market. We have a strong pipeline of clients awaiting our completion, and this individual will be critical to meeting our clients’ needs.
Given our early state of maturity, compensation will be based on experience, with additional equity based on performance.
