Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor in all recruitment-related matters.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, social media, job boards, and direct headhunting techniques, to identify and attract top talent.
- Candidate Evaluation: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the client's qualifications and cultural fit. Provide detailed candidate profiles to clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges in talent acquisition.
- Negotiation: Manage salary and benefit negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement is reached.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future client needs.
- Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, obtaining feedback, and facilitating offer acceptance.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients on the status of searches and deliver insights on market trends and candidate availability.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition, preferably within a specialized industry or executive search firm.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade both clients and candidates.
- Networking: Strong ability to build and maintain professional networks, leveraging relationships to identify and secure top talent.
- Negotiation: Proven experience in negotiating job offers, including salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and match them with client needs.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies based on evolving client needs.
- Confidentiality: Strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of client and candidate information.
- Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
