We have partnered with a leading Trade Association looking to bring on a junior Litigation Counsel to advise on important issues that arise across the country impacting the life sciences industry. The Litigation Counsel should have a strong background advising on laws, legislation, and regulations actively affecting biopharmaceutical companies. This role will report directly to a Head of Legal Affairs and work closely with executives in the business and the member companies.
The Litigation Counsel should have the following qualifications:
Significant experience counseling on state law issues related to drug pricing policies, and related litigation and administrative law issues.
Experience with litigation practices including drafting briefs and court filings while advising on regulatory matters.
In depth experience advising on state laws and legislative processes.
Juris Doctor (JD) with 3+ years of experience.
