Job Responsibilities

• Legislative Coordination: Lead and coordinate company legislative priorities with lobbyists, committee staff, member offices, and other industry representatives.
• Legislative Expertise: Possess experience with both legislative authorization, appropriations processes and timelines, and committee structures.
• Defense Sector Experience: Have extensive experience with US defense technologies, SRMs, and DoD missile and munitions sectors.
• Program Development: Understand Pentagon program development and DoD Services acquisition personnel and hierarchies.
• PAC Leadership: Coordinate and lead Corporate PAC activities.
• Program Feedback: Provide constant feedback to existing company programs, execution priorities, and capture strategies.
• Industry Engagement: Regularly engage with industry trade associations, groups, and other company stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate legislative priorities and initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of legislative authorization, appropriations processes, and committee structures.
• Extensive experience with US defense technologies and the DoD missile and munitions sectors.
• Strong understanding of Pentagon program development and DoD Services acquisition processes.
• Experience in leading and managing Corporate PAC activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide strategic feedback and direction to company programs.
• Experience in engaging with industry trade associations and other stakeholders.
