Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate and analyze equity investment opportunities.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and industry research.
• Assist in structuring and executing equity transactions, ensuring alignment with strategic investment goals.
• Monitor and manage the performance of existing investments in collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Strong interest or experience in tech and tech-enabled services.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field; advanced degrees/certifications are a plus.
