  • The Role:** Vice President of Asset Management

As the Vice President of Asset Management, you will oversee our diverse assets spanning the island properties, mainland offices, and potential urban campuses. Your key responsibility will involve collaborating across teams to ensure seamless program operations aligned with our organizational plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage leases, island operations, and facilities maintenance.
  • Coordinate logistical support for educational activities with program teams.
  • Supervise procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and climate resilience initiatives.
  • Lead insurance contract management and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and board committees on asset management strategies.

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of leadership experience in real estate or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong financial acumen with skills in budget management and revenue forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Ability to manage operations across multiple locations with flexibility.

Reporting

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior management and board committees.

Work Environment

The role is primarily based on our beautiful island location in Boston Harbor, with flexible remote options during off-peak seasons. Occasional heavy lifting and outdoor activities may be required.
