The TimeClock Plus (TCP) Team is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager who will build, own, and execute TCP’s company content strategy. This individual will be responsible for the company’s multi-touch channel content strategy that drives new lead generation, thought leadership, and ensures all content is SEO-friendly. You will be the driving force behind the strategy and content for our owned channels, and a key stakeholder in making content marketing a reliable growth engine for TCP’s brand and business.



As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, You Will

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high quality content that is aligned with our buyers and buyer journey stages, including but not limited to blog posts, eBooks, white papers, solution briefs, how-to guides, case studies, press releases and social media posts
  • Develop editorial calendar aligned with SEO, campaign, market trends, and demand generation needs
  • Produce, publish, repurpose, and promote content for our owned channels – including social media, our blog, and YouTube – that drives traffic and engages our community
  • Liaise with Sales/Sales Enablement to ensure teams understand how marketing content can be used in outreach efforts
  • Create organizational workflows and uphold editorial governance to ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone
  • Optimize our content and publishing cadence on regular basis, based on the success and measured by engagement and conversion
  • Upgrade and scale our channel infrastructure with SEO and content categorization best practices in mind
  • Plan and manage our social media presence and strategy
  • Proactively identify and drive new tests on our channels
  • Build and nurture a strong freelancer network to accelerate quality content creation 

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • At least four years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience
  • Experience writing and editing product marketing and field enablement materials
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong understanding of what it takes to engage readers with riveting content
  • Creative storytelling skills and the ability to think out-of-the box
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adhere to project deadlines
  • Understanding of SEO and its ability to guides content creation and strategy
  • Self-motivated and able to work well both individually and in a highly collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to turn data into action-oriented decisions
  • You have experience owning and scaling social media and blog channels
  • You have demonstrated impact through building large, engaged online communities
  • You are a strong, versatile writer with experience writing across social media channels and blogs

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Travel up to 25%.
