Field Operations Manager

The Operations Field Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities relating to the protection of client assets, ensuring that all posts are properly staffed and all personnel are performing their assigned duties, and supports the design, implementation and monitoring of security policies, procedures and programs in accordance with federal, state and local legal regulations. Retired law enforcement, extensive experience in the security sector, be technologically proficient and/or prior service military is required. 

Compensation: $30 per hour, PLUS BONUS!!!

This position is a Full-Time (hourly) position.

Responsibilities:

• Has the knowledge and ability to lead, coach, and manage personnel;
• Ensures agent compliance with all US Security Care policies and procedures;
• Advises agents on various issues such as appearance, attendance, performance and customer service;
• Surveys, repairs and/or replaces various equipment used by the agents to perform their duties as needed;
• Conducts specific site related training for agents at their assigned post to cover all facets of the duties and responsibilities;
• Performs daily site inspections of all posts and agents within his/her assigned area of supervision and prepares official “Inspection report” for all posts and agents inspected.

Qualifications:

• Must have your own firearm;
• Must be reliable and dependable;
• High school diploma or equivalent:
• PA Act 235 certification is required;
• Must be able to pass background proceedings;
• Must successfully pass a background screening;
• Must be able to exceed customer service expectations;
• Concealed Weapons License/Permit is strongly preferred;
• Must be proficient with computers and software applications;
• Must be able to be flexible and operate on an "emergency/on-call basis."

Prior law enforcement or military preferred.
