Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field
- 7+ years of successful experience in consultative, service-based B2B sales, with a demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets
General Requirements
- Track record of success selling strategic solutions in the manufacturing and supply chain sector
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing and supply chain industries, including knowledge of their recruitment and talent acquisition needs
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify market opportunities, and drive business growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at delivering persuasive presentations and negotiations
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities, with a talent for establishing rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team-based environment

- Master’s degree
Essential Functions
- Conduct thorough market research to identify key players, market trends, and potential opportunities within the manufacturing and supply chain industries
- Develop and implement target strategies to penetrate and expand the client base
- Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify prospects, conduct cold outreach, and nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Present solutions tailored to the specific needs and challenges of manufacturing and supply chain companies
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers within target organizations
- Cultivate partnerships and maintain a robust network to drive business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions aligned with client’s unique requirements
- Craft compelling proposals and presentations showcasing the value proposition of our services
- Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure terms are favorable and aligned with both client needs and company objectives
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate sales data and client interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to optimize sales strategies
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities
- Perform other tasks as required

- Operates in a professional office environment
- Presence in a variety of light industrial and clerical facilities with varying work conditions on an as-needed basis

- Ability to tour manufacturing facilities
