A company is hiring a Head of Revenue and Corporate FP&A for their global finance team. In this role you will report into the Head of FP&A and will lead the revenue and corporate FP&A teams responsible for all planning processes, revenue forecasting, strategic investment decision analysis, M&A finance and the development of business insights. This is a highly visible role that works in close partnership with the executive team and the strategy organization.

In this position, you will build, mentor and lead a high performing, globally distributed team that owns the company top-line (website traffic through revenue recognition), the company long range and annual operating plan (strategic allocation of resources through execution of annual plan) and the corporate roll-up and messaging (telling the story to the board and the company’s investors). You will provide critical thought leadership to the company’s CFO, CEO, the entire executive team and the board of directors.

In this role you’ll get to:


  • Lead the Revenue and Corporate FP&A teams.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, including the CFO, CEO, and other senior stakeholders, to drive financial strategy and decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting and planning processes, including long range planning, the annual plan, and monthly / quarterly processes.
  • Lead a global team of 40+ employees including hiring, mentoring, and providing clear direction on strategy, goals and development.
  • Own internal messaging on revenue and company performance.
  • Communicate to all audiences across the company, including Board, C-suite and the executive leadership team, the company’s financial strategy and priorities along with rationale supporting decisions to grow profitably.
  • Play a leadership role in shaping the long-term strategic narrative for internal and external partners.


On your first day, you’ll be expected to have:


  • 15+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions overseeing corporate and/or revenue finance teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify the complex, drive decisions, and adapt to fast paced dynamic environments.
  • Ability to operate at all levels, with an eye on the strategic big picture, while able to be hands-on when needed.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing distributed teams.
  • Experience providing thought leadership and leading presentations to the executive team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics), MBA is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the technology industry required, Cloud/SaaS is a strong plus.
