Toll Brothers, America's Leading Builder of Luxury Homes, seeks a Design Studio Manager to manage our Design Studios in Charleston and Hilton Head, South Carolina.

In this role, you will manage two design studios located in our Charleston and Hilton Head markets and overnight travel is required. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations, including product and option development, negotiation and pricing, contract documentation and administration, and integration into existing operations. You will work closely with Design Studio staff members, Operations leaders to effect the efficient administration of the color selection and option process, while building customer relations.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a background which demonstrates an understanding of all operational dynamics of the home building process, with an emphasis on project or purchasing management. Excellent communication and computer skills are required. A college degree is preferred.
