In this position the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will evolve our HRBP function. This pivotal role will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, focusing on fostering a high-performance culture, talent management, and organizational development.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management
  • Support departmental goals with HR solutions, driving organizational effectiveness, and enhancing employee engagement
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary
  • Design and deliver targeted training and development programs to address skill gaps, promote career development, and enhance leadership capabilities across the organization
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning, identifying future talent needs and fostering a culture of growth and development
  • Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks across all HR practices, keeping abreast of relevant laws and regulations

Work Experience

What You’ve Done

  • 5+ years of HR experience within a scaling environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Strong understanding of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development
