The Role

TinyWins is seeking a remote Marketing Production Manager for a 6-month project, with the potential to extend, playing an integral role embedded within one of our valued digital health and wellness clients' culture. This role supports the Senior Director of Product Marketing for Health and Pharmacy with operational tasks related to digital assets and project management to ensure smooth project execution. This includes coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, overseeing the approval process, owning reporting, and managing production for content projects such as web pages, blog posts, videos, and in-app content for the pharmacy's online platforms.


The ideal candidate will thrive in this role as a true owner, eager to learn and self-sufficient. They should be highly organized and a strong communicator, capable of liaising with multiple teams. We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds, from marketing coordinators to more senior roles. A solid grasp of project management fundamentals, such as follow-ups and calendar management is essential. Technical expertise, particularly with digital marketing teams, is a plus. Additionally, the candidate should be proactive and self-sufficient, capable of navigating the complexities of digital marketing with ease and confidence.


The remote Marketing Production Manager will begin on a six-month contract, with the potential to become a permanent full-time employee based on performance and business needs. This remote role requires 40 hours per week, with a monthly retainer of $7,000 to $8,500, based on experience and location. What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and manage the blog, website, and communications production and review process. This includes scheduling meetings, providing status updates, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and analytics reports.
  • Liaise and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as marketing, legal, development, product, leadership, and agency teams.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including copy, design, and feedback files.
  • Compile analytics reports by requesting metrics from partner POCs and pulling timely web and app metrics from existing reports.
  • Autonomously manage ongoing client accounts, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
  • Oversee the execution of all projects within the agreed budget, timeline, and scope.
  • Continuously improve, evaluate, assess, and implement processes specific to project management.
  • Collaborate with technical project managers as needed.
  • Meet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives.
  • Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage projects.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Resolve project issues and obstacles to maintain progress and meet deadlines.
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.


What You’ll Bring

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in marketing, digital project management, or a related field.
  • Experienced in creating and managing various forms of content, including emails, blog posts, and multimedia across different digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with monday.com is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Clear communication skills to guide projects and coordinate effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to keep teams and projects on schedule.
  • Autonomous working style, taking initiative, managing tasks independently, and demonstrating high self-motivation and responsibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
