Growth Marketing Manager
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and agenciesincluding marketing, design, and product to conceptualize and implement creative campaigns that will elevate our brand. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, conducting research on competitors, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in New York City, with a hybrid work schedule of 3-4 office days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive business growth
- Create and execute innovative and engaging marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and events
- Develop and execute scripts for all content
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
- Developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the company's goals
- Creating and scheduling engaging content across multiple social platforms, including posts, stories, and videos
- Monitoring social media trends and leveraging them to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Engaging with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner, and moderating discussions
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create cohesive campaigns
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of social media campaigns and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Overseeing the brand's social media accounts' design elements, such as profile pictures, cover photos, and layouts
- Staying up-to-date with changes in all social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Identifying and engaging with influencers and brand advocates to expand brand reach
- Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in social media communications
- Providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on analytics and performance indicators
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with market research and competitor analysis
- Per state law must be 21+ years old
