Your profile


Graduated with Business Administration degree, or a related field, you have at least 5 years of strong background as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar sector.


Your knowledge includes the following:

  • Expertise and extensive knowledge of HR practices and U.S. labor laws
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools, (Trinet would be a plus)
  • Performance management and talent development processes
  • Organizational design
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • English proficiency required; French is a plus

Main missions


As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our U.S. subsidiary, you will play a key role in aligning our HR strategies with our business objectives to support our growth in the North American market. You will be responsible for managing human resources at the local level, ensuring our practices comply with local laws and regulations while adhering to our global values and standards, working hand in hand with the HR French team.


General responsibilities:


Employee Relations:

  • Work closely with managers to understand their needs and provide strategic and operational HR advice.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on all HR-related matters.

Performance Management:

  • Support the global performance evaluation and talent development processes to foster a high-performance culture and continuous development.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Manage and optimize compensation and benefits programs using Trinet.
  • Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation packages.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all HR practices comply with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Maintain a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with global HR and managers to define job needs and profiles as well as onboarding programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.

Organizational Development:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global and local HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and corporate culture.
