Pre-Production Planning: Coordinate all aspects of pre-production, including conceptualizing the shoot, hiring talent, and securing props.
Budget Management: Oversee the budget for the shoot, negotiate rates with vendors and talent, and manage expenses effectively to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
Timeline Management: Create and manage the production schedule to ensure timely completion of all shoot-related tasks, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Location Management: Scout and secure suitable locations for shoots, handle permits, and coordinate logistics to ensure a smooth production process.
Talent Coordination: Hire and coordinate models, hair and makeup artists, stylists, and crew members, ensuring that all personnel are properly briefed and prepared for their roles.
Equipment and Props Management: Arrange photography equipment, props, and set decorations needed for the shoot, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in good condition.
On-Set Management: Oversee the production process, direct the shoot, and troubleshoot any issues that arise to ensure a successful outcome.
Post-Production Coordination: Manage the selection, editing, retouching, and delivery of final images for marketing use, working closely with editors and other post-production staff to achieve desired results.
You will define creative strategy for new products, campaigns, and branded touchpoints, shaping the communications and expressions that the brand presents to its customers.
Drive seasonal campaigns and big ideas from concept to outstanding execution. Ensure all assets are on-brand, on-strategy, and on-budget.
Establish creative guidelines. Continue to refine our brand identity, photography standards and voice to support our positioning and growth.
Manage and develop the brands creative team and ensure that the team is creatively inspired and motivated.
Creative Asset delivery (choose assets and provide overall creative direction for various marketing campaigns, email, social, digital, paid media, etc.)
What Do You Need To Succeed
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in multimedia production.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Film Studies, or related field.
Proven experience in multimedia production, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard production software and equipment.
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as necessary for equipment and props handling during production setup and breakdown.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation for travel to various shooting locations and to transport equipment and materials as needed.
