Sr. QA Test Lead

The Sr. Quality Assurance Test Analyst would work on the AFSVision Enhancement program to plan and leading testing activities for AFSVIsion enhancements and defect fixes for the commercial loan servicing platform. Knowledge of commercial lending/servicing and/or general banking is recommended. Only local Michigan candidates will be considered.

The Sr. Quality Assurance Test Analyst Skillset Includes

• Lead and manage a team of QA testers from test design to test execution
• Manage test cases and test case execution status in the testing tool
• Conduct all testing tasks related to AFSVision enhancements
• Report overall status and progress of testing tasks to project management team
• Manage defects and coordinate resolution of defects in the defect management tool
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA is a big plus
• Experience with documenting test strategy and test planning documents
• Experience collaborating with business users for requirement review and testing support
• Ability to train new testers on the system functionality and provide support.
• Ability to assign work to individual testers and ensure project timelines are met
• Ability to work to various project teams to collaborate on different areas of testing.
• Knowledge of the database concept and ability to write simple sql
• Ability to work on various testing for reporting, data and integration teams
• Ability and experience working on integration projects.
• Good Documentation and analytical skills.
