Responsibilities  

In the role of Project Architect, we’ll count on you to:  

  • Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs, project communications and documentation.  
  • Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction 
  • Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client’s needs 
  • Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned project 
  • Manages multiple small/medium projects, coordinates all aspects of assigned projects, and estimates scope of work 
  • Leads multidisciplinary teams through a project’s conception to its completion, and perform design and detailing on architectural projects 
  • Conduct and lead design meetings with clients and or consultants thru all project phases  
  • Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines 
  • Independently coordinate the work of multidisciplinary teams  
  • Perform QA/QC and technical reviews 
  • Coordinate architectural specifications 
  • Construction contract administration 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Professional degree in Architecture or closely related field 
  • 6+ years’ experience 
  • Registered Architect preferred 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule) 
  • Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process 
  • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills 
  • Demonstrated experience preparing architectural contract documents  
  • Strong knowledge of codes and excellent planning skills
