Job Title : Senior Project Manager

Job Description

  • An experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in third-party SaaS application implementation.
  • The ideal candidate will possess both Agile and PMP certifications and have a proven track record of leading Agile ceremonies, coordinating with multiple teams and vendors, and managing the integration of complex systems.
  • This role requires excellent project management skills, deep technical understanding of system integrations, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of third-party SaaS applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Run all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure Agile principles are followed and foster a collaborative environment among team members.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring integration among multiple systems is seamless and aligned with overall project objectives.
  • Oversee the integration of SaaS applications with existing systems, ensuring data consistency, security, and performance.
  • Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring smooth operation across all platforms.
  • Identify potential project risks related to SaaS implementation and integration, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and control project risks, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and integration guides.
